Moments of Grace Family Therapy is a small counseling practice in Bend, Oregon. My services include Couples Therapy, Individual Adult Therapy and Adolescent Therapy.

Therapy is a relationship that provides a safe space for healing and growth.
Depending on your needs, there are various types of therapy to choose from. The best way to connect with me is to fill out the inquiry form below. I am happy to connect you with other options within the community if your needs are outside my scope of practice.
I am currently offering in person, face-to-face appointments as well as telehealth appointments via HIPAA-compliant video conferencing based on your individual needs.

Fees
Payments are due at the time of session and can be made in the form of cash, check, or card. Card transactions incur a 3% fee.
Insurance
Currently, I am not in-network with any insurance companies which means I do not take insurance. You may be able to receive a partial or full reimbursement for therapy by your insurance company if you send them a Superbill which is provided to you each month. This is called using “out-of-network benefits.” You can call your insurance company to ask if you have these benefits.
No Surprises Act
The No Surprises Act is a policy to protect consumers from unanticipated and expensive bills for out-of-network treatment by requiring mandatory estimates of costs prior to services being rendered. Under the law, health care providers need to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for therapy services.
You can ask for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an appointment or at any time during treatment.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please do so as soon as possible. Appointments must be rescheduled or canceled within 24 hours of your appointment or a 50% fee will be charged.
